These terms cover your use of Pennsylvania Will Template and the will draft you order through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Based on your answers, we generate a personalized will draft and email it to you. The draft is a starting point you write out yourself. To become a valid Pennsylvania will, you must copy it out entirely in your own handwriting and sign it at the end, in line with 20 Pa.C.S. Sec. 2502.
This is not legal advice. Pennsylvania Will Template is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We are not your attorney and using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. If your estate is large or complicated, please consult a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.
The price shown at checkout applies and is charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is due when you order.
Our refund stance is set out on the separate Refund Policy page.
We provide the draft on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the legal validity, completeness, or interpretation of any will you write out by hand from the draft, or for how a court or the Register of Wills later treats it. You are responsible for reading your finished will and making sure it says what you want.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
